Role & responsibilities
For Ashok Leyland & Yazaki India:
- Work on the assembly line to build vehicle parts like chassis and engines
- Check and fit mechanical and electrical parts properly
- Follow safety rules while working in the factory
- Read and understand simple engineering drawings
- Keep the workplace clean and follow company rules
- Work in shifts as per company schedule (A, B, C, or General)
Preferred candidate profile:
- Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile (Only Pass-Outs)
- BE/B.Tech in ME, Auto, EE, or EC (Freshers can apply)
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Gender: Male and Female both can apply
- Work Experience:
- Freshers welcome
- Diploma holders with up to 2 years of experience preferred
- Skills:
- Able to read basic engineering drawings
- Can understand and follow work instructions in English
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (A/B/C/General)
- Good teamwork and discipline
- Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment
