What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all Finance and Insurance operations for LA City Cars – La Puente.
- Manage and expand relationships with prime and sub-prime lenders.
- Drive backend profit through VSCs, GAP, Tire/Wheel, and product penetration.
- Structure profitable deals that fund quickly and cleanly.
- Train and develop F&I and sales staff to maximize PVR and efficiency.
- Maintain strict compliance and strong lender relationships.
- Collaborate with GSM and ownership on strategy, growth, and process optimization.
What We're Looking For
Proven success as a Finance Director or F&I Manager with deep Special Finance expertise.
Established lender network and understanding of credit structure.
Leadership and communication skills that elevate your team.
High energy, accountability, and composure under pressure.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
