Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, features, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and walkarounds.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, financing, and manufacturer programs.
Negotiate pricing and terms in line with dealership policies.
Process all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealership's standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred.
Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
