What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales consultants to achieve volume and profitability goals.
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage new and pre-owned inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to exceed objectives.
- Partner with all departments to drive total dealership success.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as a Sales Manager or GSM in an automotive dealership.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop a winning team.
- Working knowledge of CRM, digital retail tools, and dealership management systems.
