Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee the dealership's sales operations, including sales, finance, and inventory management, to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Team Development: Mentor and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and exceptional service.
Market Expansion: Analyze local and regional automotive trends to optimize inventory, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition.
Operational Excellence: Streamline processes in sales, and reconditioning to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to transparency and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
-Proven Dealership Leadership: Experience as Sales Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Financial Acumen: Driving gross profit margins.
- Inventory Mastery: Strong background in used and new vehicle acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Negotiation Skills: Track record of securing high-value inventory and building relationships with auctions, wholesalers, and vendors.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dealership CRM, inventory tools, and market analysis platforms (e.g., vAuto, VinSolutions, Dealertrack).
- Customer-First Mindset: Passion for creating loyal customers through ethical practices and seamless experiences.
