What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed dealership goals
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
Coach, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and strong product knowledge
Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Work closely with the GM and other department leaders to optimize operations and inventory
Monitor CRM usage, lead follow-up, and deal structures to improve closing ratios
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in CRM systems, desking deals, and managing online leads
A passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-tier customer service
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
