Role Description
Software developer required for inhouse software development. This is a full-time, work-in-office position at LABMAN SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTS PVT. LTD. at Kilpauk, Chennai. The applicant will be responsible for backend development.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js / Golang.
• Implement RESTful APIs and help in integration with front-end applications.
• Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and mobile developers.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Node.js / Golang backend development.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
• Good understanding of API design, security best practices, and microservices architecture.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
