Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NodeJS and Python - Collaborate with front-end developers and contribute to ReactJS codebase when required - Integrate blockchain protocols and smart contracts into backend systems - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend infrastructure - Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines - Work with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software - Debug, test, and document backend applications and systems

- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development - Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, and ReactJS - Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Database Design (SQL and NoSQL) - Experience in blockchain development (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js) is a must - Familiarity with smart contracts, wallet integrations, and blockchain security - Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment practice
