About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer ) with a strong background in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing server-side logic, ensuring responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services using
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end systems.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
- Implement security and data protection practices in backend systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and manage data flow efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, , redis,and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
