The role involves developing and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and services that power our applications. Prior experience in Quick Commerce, e Commerce, or other consumer-facing platforms will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Build and manage APIs (RESTful/Graph QL) to support product functionalities. Optimize application performance and database queries for scalability.
Ensure application reliability, security, and performance standards are met.
Work with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure ) for hosting and deployment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and best practices for software development.
Contribute to architecture discussions and help improve overall system design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of hands-on backend development experience in a product-based company. Proficiency in backend programming language Node.js(must have) , Python, etc. Experience with frameworks such as Express.js and Graphql. Strong understanding of databases (SQL/No SQL – My SQL, Postgre SQL, Redis) . Exposure to microservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems like Kafka/Rabbit MQ. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD practices. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be a plus. Hands-on experience with Rabbit MQ and Kafka for event-driven systems. Experience with Elastic Search will be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
Proven ability to prioritize, manage and execute projects with self-starting attitude, responsibility, and accountability
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Should be comfortable working in evening shift (from 2pm IST onwards)
