About the Opportunity:
We help businesses improve their employee benefits packages. This is not an insurance sales position. We already have a dedicated sales team for that.
We're currently seeking a professional to assist with new account acquisition. In this role, you will act as a consultant, educating business owners on how our process works and helping them find the best solution for their needs.
What We Offer:

- Weekly education sessions and field training with experienced agents
- You'll be in business for yourself , but never by yourself
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal background
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Business professional attire (no jeans, please)
Ideal Backgrounds May Include:
- Military veterans
- Hospitality professionals (bartenders, servers)
- Retail or sales roles (cell phones, furniture, cars, appliances)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
