What We're Looking For:
- Proven Sales Manager experience in automotive retail with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a large sales team. Strong leadership and communication skills with a coaching mindset. Strategic thinker who can execute processes while adapting to market opportunities. Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) a must.
