We are seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate will record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and confirm financial condition through audits
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, and recommend plans
- Report on financial status by collecting and interpreting data
- Generate special reports on information and trends
- Coordinate bank deposits and report results to management
- Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheets
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll timely
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management
- Maintain financial staff through recruitment, training, and coaching
- Protect financial information confidentiality
- Record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries
- Verify and reconcile subsidiary accounts
- Prepare financial summaries and statements
- Manage payroll processing and verification
- Maintain accurate ledgers
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience as a bookkeeper
- Experience with bookkeeping, AR, or AP
- Reliable attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects
- Detail-oriented with proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to pass background and drug tests
