Our client, a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm with multiple locations in Arizona is looking for a Producing Sales Manager to run their Tempe, AZ office.
This role requires a Series 65 license and is in-office.
The Producing Sales Manager will enjoy marketing-driven lead flow and work with three producing Financial Advisors. The purpose of this role is:
- Grow the AUM of the office
- Develop the sales skills of the team
- Continually improve client satisfaction and engagement
- Assist with the compliance needs of the office
The Tempe office has grown significantly over the years and is now in need of their own leadership.
Duties:
- Run sales meetings
- Manage and distribute marketing leads
- Observe prospective client meetings to train team effectively
- Public speaking at dinners, conferences, seminars; etc.
- Meet with new and existing prospects
- Conduct financial planning analysis and implementation
- Ensure compliance of the office
- Communicate with firm leadership and drive initiatives
Requirements:
- Active Series 65 license
- 10+ years in wealth management industry
- 3+ years in management and/or leadership role
- Work in Tempe office
- Commute to other PHX area offices when needed
- Proven history of driving sales results and coaching Advisors
- Deep understanding of industry and SEC requirements
- Must be comfortable with recommending allocations into funds, SMAs, model portfolios, fixed income products, including fixed income annuities
