We're growing rapidly due to our commitment to care, and we're looking for a talented Marketing and Brand Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to shape our brand story and drive meaningful engagement in a sector that truly matters.

About The Role

  • Based full-time at our Head Office, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our marketing and brand strategy. You will:
  • Bring our brand story to life: Create high-quality, engaging content including captivating photos and videos for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and more.
  • Drive our digital presence: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC.
  • Own our online footprint: Manage and grow social media channels, oversee website performance and user experience, ensuring content is optimised for search and conversions.
  • Analyse & strategise: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads platforms) to measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, deriving insights to improve our approach.
  • Be a brand guardian: Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, adheres to our brand voice, and leverages SEO best practices for maximum visibility.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and digital marketing success.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Premiere Pro).
  • Proven expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • A deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles and application.
  • Exceptional content creation skills (written, visual, video) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational abilities.
  • The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
