Creative Strategist and Campaigns Manager
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist and campaigns manager who can shape the creative direction and content roadmap for brands across multiple industries. This role is for someone who thinks like a strategist but writes like a creator, someone who understands platform behavior, brand tone, audience triggers, and storytelling formats across Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead creative strategy for brand campaigns, digital series, and social-first content pieces
- Build content calendars, channel strategies, and creative decks that align with business objectives
- Translate briefs into sharp, actionable content ideas across genres and formats
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Writers, and Video Teams to bring concepts to life
- Analyze platform trends, audience behavior, and content performance to optimize content plans
- Craft and refine brand voice guidelines tailored for video content
- Present strategies and campaign ideas to clients and internal teams
- Contribute to pitch decks and creative proposals for new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Have 4–7 years of experience in
- strategy, digital marketing, or agency-side creative planning
- Have worked on brand campaigns, digital content, or social media storytelling
- Can balance creativity with analytics, using performance data to inform strategy
- Understand how to position content differently across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Know how to brief creators, copywriters, and video teams effectively
- Are comfortable presenting and owning rooms, client-facing experience is a plus
- Stay updated with trends, meme culture, and emerging formats in digital content
Bonus Points:
- Background in video content, branded storytelling, or influencer-led campaigns
- Experience working with fashion, fintech, or lifestyle brands
- Strong copywriting or scripting abilities
