They've recently gone through a digital transformation and are now growing their team with the addition of a Digital & Exhibition Brand Manager This is a dynamic and varied role that covers digital media sales, event and exhibition sponsorship, and print advertising sales- all under one of Ireland's best-known lifestyle titles. What you'll be doing: Selling advertising, sponsorship, and exhibition space across print, digital, and live events Managing existing accounts while driving new business development Creating engaging proposals and delivering high-quality sales pitches Hitting weekly KPIs around call volume, proposals, and revenue targets Attending live events and shows to network and support delivery Collaborating with the editorial, events, and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns What we're looking for: A proven track record in B2B media sales - ideally 2+ years in a phone-based or digital sales role High energy, confidence, and drive - you'll need to bring positivity to the team Excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness A genuine interest in media, events, or lifestyle sectors Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload Creativity and the ability to sell integrated marketing solutions Previous experience in media, advertising, or events is essential.
