Position Summary
This Brand Sales Manager role is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn and excel in sales and client relationship management. You'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop your skills in lead generation, client communication, and territory growth setting you on a path toward future leadership opportunities.
Brand Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business for our telecom partners
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques and client service fundamentals
- Manage outreach efforts across assigned territories and build meaningful customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
- Participate in ongoing Brand Sales Manager training sessions to develop your professional skills
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members as you grow in the role
- Prepare for advancement into leadership roles with increased responsibility
What We're Looking For in a Brand Sales Manager:
- Strong desire to build a career in sales and business development

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Leadership potential or experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in person in the Tampa area
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
