About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and assist in delivering effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in creating functional specifications and process flows.
- Support in identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or others is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.
