Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Business Analyst
at Avgira Technologies India Private Limited, located in
Madurai
. The Business Analyst will:
- Analyse, document, and improve business processes, requirements, and system changes.
- Communicate with stakeholders to
gather, validate, and manage requirements
. - Translate requirements into
BRDs, SOWs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams
. - Collaborate closely with
technical leads, design teams, and QA
throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Work effectively within
Agile/Scrum frameworks
, supporting sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years of Business Analysis experience
. - Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
. - Proficiency in
business process mapping and requirements documentation
. - Hands-on experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint management
. - Skilled in creating
BRDs, SOWs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams
. - Familiarity with
project management tools
such as Jira, Trello, or Zoho Sprints. - Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
, with the ability to work with international clients. - Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
. - Previous experience in software development projects as a BA is a plus.
