Job Description
ROLE: Business Analyst Lead
Technical Skills:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and automation requirements.
- Analyze and assess business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements for automation projects, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with IT and automation teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of automation tools and technologies.
- Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that automation solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor the performance of automation solutions, track key performance indicators, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users and ensure the successful adoption of automation solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging automation trends.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation platforms.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis role and minimum 2+ years of experience as a Lead business analyst
- Product implementation experience is preferred
