Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong Commercial Risk Rating and Credit Risk expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in commercial lending, risk assessment, and loan lifecycle processes, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Commercial Risk Rating initiatives
- Support and enhance Credit Risk Assessment frameworks and workflows
- Work closely with risk and lending teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Hands-on execution and understanding of Risk Load to Risk Rating processes
- Partner with technical, operations, and compliance teams to support commercial lending systems
- Ensure alignment of business processes, data flow, and system functionality within risk evaluation frameworks
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and process refinement
- Provide subject-matter expertise on commercial banking and lending processes
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience in Commercial Risk Rating
- Strong understanding of Credit Risk Assessment methodologies
- Experience working on Commercial Loan / Commercial Lending projects
- Understanding of Risk Load to Risk Rating process
- In-depth knowledge of commercial banking processes and risk evaluation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with banking systems/tools related to risk rating or loan origination
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in commercial lending
- Experience in Agile environments
