About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that the company delivers high-quality software solutions that align with client objectives. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights and functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement or automation.
- Support product and engineering teams during design, development, and testing phases.
- Perform data analysis to provide insights that guide decision-making.
- Prepare business cases and impact assessments for new features or process changes.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement reviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation tools, and process mapping.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
