About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT System Analyst to join our team . The role requires a strong blend of business and technical expertise to analyze, design, and implement IT systems that align with client requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Evaluate existing IT systems and processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications, workflows, and use cases.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to design, configure, and implement IT solutions.
- Support system integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment activities.
- Prepare system documentation, technical manuals, and process flows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure IT systems comply with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to end-users.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of system analysis, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and ITIL processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and system design.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems, enterprise applications, or custom IT solutions.
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle), APIs, and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or IT Consultant.
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
