Business Analyst--Customer Experience (CX)

Client Location : Frederick, MD. (onsite)---need locals

Experience: 7–10 years total (with 4–5 years of relevant domain experience)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
with a solid background in
Customer Experience (CX)
and
Service Domain
processes. The candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration between ERP systems and enterprise data platforms, and enabling actionable insights through BI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements across CX, ERP, MRP, and APS systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and data teams to define data flows, KPIs, and system integrations.
  • Develop and manage business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.
  • Facilitate the integration of ERP data into enterprise platforms (Databricks, AWS).
  • Use
    SQL
    and
    Power BI
    to validate data and build visualizations for business reporting.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Overall Experience:
    7–10 years in Business Analysis, with
    4–5 years of domain experience
    in
    Customer Experience (CX)
    and
    Service Management
    .
  • Proven experience with
    ERP systems
    (preferably MRP, APS) and integration projects.
  • 4–5 years
    of hands-on experience with
    SQL
    and
    Business Intelligence tools
    (Power BI preferred).
  • Exposure to
    cloud data platforms
    such as
    Databricks
    and
    AWS
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in
    Agile environments
    and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of
    GitHub
    for version control and collaboration.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, transformation workflows, and visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with
    modern data architectures
    and
    cloud-based analytics ecosystems
    .
