Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in ERP systems to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP systems and related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure technical alignment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Support system testing, user training, and deployment activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, or supply chain domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in remote teams is a plus.
