As a Lead Business Analyst, the candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing and improving our internal systems and softwares. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, assist in initial wire framing applications and collaborate with technical and business teams to plan and deliver projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to loan management processes.
- Understand user requirements and sit with business teams on transformation requirements
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to design and implement system enhancements.
- Project Planning, Project Management and Stakeholder updates
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst & Project Management
- Strong understanding of business transaction and process flows
- Strong experience of understanding the end-to-end process
- Experience of preparing project plans and managing project timelines
- Sound understanding of technology and data structures.
- Ability to understand technical designs and prepare functional designs
- Ability and experience of dealing and presenting to top stakeholders incl CXOs
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and structured thinking
- Self driven and ability to drive projects
- Experience in Consumer, Distribution industries would be a plus
