Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and business use cases.
- Conduct feasibility studies and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Prepare clear documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user manuals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SQL, data visualization, and process mapping techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or consulting domains.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments is an added advantage.
