Key responsibilities include:
- Track company and project reports
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboards
- Create high quality Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents
- Distribute and track company assets
- Position is onsite at our Bethesda, MD office 5 days per week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2+ years of business analysis experience for developing software
- Comfortable making numerous daily phone calls and sending emails
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working on sensitive projects, as well as handling confidential information
- Ability to take on responsibilities, innovate solutions, and manage conflicting priorities with minimal guidance
- Ability to prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondence
- Willingness to learn more skills outside of daily tasks provided by management
- Experience working in a Government Contracting environment (desired) - not required
- Must be a US Citizen
- Translated stakeholder needs into detailed customer requirements, including
- use case specifications and mapping
