Job Title: Business Analyst – Project Lead
Location: Cayce, SC 29033
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and document system capabilities, workflows, and areas for improvement.
• Support HRIS and SAP ECC modules; assist in upgrades, patches, and UAT testing.
• Develop user documentation, SOPs, and conduct user training.
• Create and maintain operational and audit reports; support dashboards via Excel/Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and support gap analysis.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain SharePoint and ensure adherence to IT security and policy standards (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec).
Required Skills (Rank in Order of Importance)
1. Ability to analyze, document, and improve business and system processes using various tools and methodologies.
2. Experience with HRIS systems.
3. Working knowledge of state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
4. Proficient in creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
5. Advanced skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
