IDC empowers banks to innovate with speed and agility by providing scalable solutions across deposits, lending, trade finance, virtual accounts, billing, and more.Role OverviewAs a Business Analyst in the IDC team, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and the technology team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional documents, and support product development throughout the lifecycle. This role requires a mix of banking domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.Please note this role is mandate to possess Core Banking/ Payments / Banking Experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers and client stakeholders to gather business requirements.Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Stories.Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of requirements.Analyze existing product modules and recommend enhancements or optimizations.Participate in client workshops, UAT planning, and issue triaging.Create process flows, wireframes, and assist in defining UI/UX logic (where applicable).Conduct gap analysis for banking products and regulatory compliance features.Ensure requirements are aligned with the IDC product roadmap and standards.✅ Required Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or fintech domains is mandatory.Understanding of Core Banking Systems, especially areas like deposits, payments, virtual accounts, billing, or lending.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Ability to write clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and internal teams.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
