Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Indore. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering business requirements, and translating these into functional specifications. Day-to-day tasks will also include creating business process documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing analytical support for decision-making. The Business Analyst will work closely with team members to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process modeling
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
