Optomi, in partnership with a top grocery and retail chain, is seeking a Business Analyst IT III (Apptio IT Consultant) to join the TBMO and IT development teams. This position offers the opportunity to combine finance and technology experience, with a focus on Apptio administration, system integrations, and ongoing support for IT and finance processes.

What we're looking for:
- 5–10 years of experience with financial systems and procedures.
- Strong background with Apptio (tables, reports, data models, datalink connectors).
- Ability to work closely with IT teams and communicate effectively with developers.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logic formulas, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Apptio administration tasks for the TBMO and IT development teams.
- Meet daily and monthly deliverable deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and investigate output variances within the Apptio platform.
- Handle timely and accurate data uploads.
- Work with TBMO team members to design, configure, and improve solutions in Apptio.
- Customize modules to fit business requirements and optimize existing setups.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Partner with the IT product owner to define integration requirements with other platforms.
