Senior Associate, Business Analyst – Global Financial Systems

What you'll do:
The Business Analyst will join the Technology group, supporting mission-critical systems that reduce systemic risk and improve operational efficiency across financial institutions worldwide. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone with a solid foundation in financial systems analysis, business requirements documentation, and cross-functional collaboration between technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation in partnership with senior analysts.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to usability standards.
- Build expertise in assigned product areas and provide SME support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, data mapping, and system validation activities across the software lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, including both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
- Proven ability to produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle, settlements, and payments systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
