We are hiring a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in logistics ERP products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our ERP solutions meet customer and operational needs effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for logistics ERP solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, use cases, and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers.
- Support the product team in backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired business processes.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate features.
- Provide support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth rollout.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in logistics ERP products.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes and process flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and related integration requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into UI/UX screen working with designer and also into technical requirements working with Product manager.
- Team player with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
