Business Analyst.
Location: Mumbai – Prabhadevi
We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with hands-on experience and deep understanding of the Indian Capital Markets, including strong exposure to Mutual Funds
Domain Expertise in:
• Mutual Funds
• IPO
• Buyback
• OFS
• NCDs (Non-Convertible Debentures)
• Corporate Fixed Deposits

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients (Brokers, Intermediaries, Institutions) to understand their business needs and functional requirements across capital market products.
• Translate business requirements into detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to ensure accurate implementation of business functionality.
• Define and validate and SEBI guidelines
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), create test cases, and coordinate with end users for functional and risk scenario validation.
• Monitor regulatory updates (SEBI, NSE/BSE, Clearing Corporations) and ensure timely updates to systems and processes as per compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience as a BA or Product Analyst in Broking domain.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks from SEBI, NSE, BSE, and related compliance expectations.
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
