Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to focus on business process (re)definitions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
- Document the results of business process reviews, develop, and communicate optimization strategies to team members and management.
- Capture use cases and collaborate with stakeholders to iteratively define user stories and priorities.
- Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions, as well as translating functional business requirements to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in iterative sprint planning and execution.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ITAM functionality to support business area requirements.
- Define milestones/schedules and manage delivery in accordance with stakeholder expectations/requirements.
- Coordinate releases with the PST.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Promote continual process improvement.
Requirements
ServiceNow Skills shall include the following:
- Expertise and proficiency in the Now Create methodology.
- Expertise with applicable Now Platform components and IT Asset Management functionality.
- Expertise with the ServiceNow platform and how to effectively integrate ITAM functionality.

- Expertise with requirements definition to ensure stakeholder needs are captured and effectively communicated to developers/administrators.
- Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.

- Experience leading and facilitating business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
