We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead system integration and interface documentation for a major life insurance platform migration. If you thrive at the intersection of business and technology, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact modernization projects.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and document interface contracts between life insurance systems.
- Define and support technical integration points and API requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system interactions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for integration.
- Deliver clear documentation for data exchange and system interfaces.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain.
- Experience with supplemental health products (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and technical documentation.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
