1. BE/BTech/MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
2. Proven minimum 5 years of work experience as Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
5. Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
