Overview:
This role will be a key driver of Tecnica Group's digital transformation efforts, with an initial focus on implementing a multi-brand ERP system while also supporting other strategic technology initiatives. Acting as a partner to the business, the role will include business analysis, software testing (non-technical), and project management.

Business Analysis

The position bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure outcomes that align with company goals.

  • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate customer, business, and system needs into clear deliverables such as user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Assess existing processes and recommend improvements to align with best practices and ERP functionality.
  • Ensure business objectives are clearly reflected in system design and functionality.
  • Providing functional leadership to project teams, develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and influence/lead process change to maximize value.
  • Involvement in the full lifecycle of the project from project initiation and approval, business analysis phase through deployment to the business, and post deployment issue resolution.

Software Testing

This role ensures the quality and reliability of ERP and other digital solutions by leading all phases of testing. The focus is on validating that requirements are met, issues are identified early, and deployments are smooth.

  • Develop and maintain test plans for functional and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate test execution with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Manage and configure test environments to reflect production conditions.
  • Track, document, and communicate test results and defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Verify readiness for production ahead of each release.

Project Management
Beyond analysis and testing, this role will provide structure and oversight to keep digital transformation projects on track. The emphasis is on planning, communication, and accountability to deliver results on time and within scope.

  • Define timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status updates, and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Document scope change requests and impacts to project timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison to maintain alignment between stakeholders and technology teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a Business Analyst role; experience managing complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups
  • 3 years demonstrated experience of influencing the decision-making process within in an incremental software delivery model, as well as a waterfall model
  • Experience providing key business insights or managing a modern ERP implementation; experience with 3PL integrations with a modern ERP highly preferred
  • Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops or equivalent experience with development and issue tracking software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Previous Technical Support experience a plus.

  • Effective listener, who can translate and communicate needs and motivate teams to achieve measurable results that improve upon the current business process.
  • Ability to generate solutions that solve customers' needs while adhering to best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple products concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to create and present training materials to end users

Physical Requirements: Work is performed primarily in an office setting. Work activities may include climbing, bending, stooping, and kneeling – and may require sitting for long periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
