About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical and business-minded individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is a target-oriented role involving telesales, customer interaction, and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and explain our product/services
- Convince and convert leads into clients
- Analyse sales data and suggest improvements
- Maintain customer records and provide feedback to management
- Achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Graduation / BBA / MBA Preferred
- Excellent communication, persuasion & analytical skills (Hindi/English)
- Target-driven & self-motivated
- Sales, telesales, or business development experience is a plus (Freshers Welcome)
