Business Development Manager Position Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
