Our Sales team is passionate about acquiring, building, and nurturing long-term partnerships. Divided into two fronts, our Business Development team proactively identifies and reaches out to potential clients with the goal of selling our SaaS platform, while our Account Management team is responsible for onboarding new clients, supporting them throughout their journey with MAGNiTT, and ensuring they utilize our solutions effectively.

Job Purpose

Enterprise Subscriptions focus on our tailored offerings for high-value clients, including regional Government Entities, Large Corporates, Tech Giants, and venture capital firms.

We seek a driven, charismatic Senior Business Development Executive responsible for driving enterprise subscriptions, focusing on acquiring new clients through a consultative approach. The ideal candidate will identify client challenges and offer solutions based on MAGNiTT’s propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads to increase revenue from enterprise subscriptions.
  • Identify client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop proposals and presentations under the supervision of the Head of Sales.
  • Coordinate with the Product team on product updates and client needs.
  • Demonstrate solutions through platform demos.
  • Attend industry events to build networks and generate leads.
  • Manage contacts and leads using CRM (HubSpot).
  • Track performance metrics and report success in KPI meetings.
  • Stay informed on market trends in Emerging Markets to share insights with clients.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with HubSpot and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of startup and tech ecosystems is advantageous, especially in KSA.

Additional assets include a customer-first mentality, high EQ, and a passion for startups and venture capital.
