Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at POSCIG Technologies. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new client leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
· Assist in the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding
· Understand client IT staffing requirements and communicate effectively with the recruitment team
· Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to generate repeat business
· Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person)
· Keep CRM updated with sales activity, pipeline status, and client information
· Support senior business development managers on strategic deals and proposals
Requirements:
· 1–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or inside sales — preferably in IT staffing or recruitment
· Basic understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, project managers, etc.)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Target-driven with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
· Familiarity with sales tools or CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field preferred
