We are investing.</span></p> <p>This is a hybrid role that will report to the Franklin, TN office. </p> <p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">What you get to do:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Foster strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers through various communication channels</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of cold calls, phone calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Responsible for generating gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market, and meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Negotiate pay and bill rates to ensure maximum return on quality solutions</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s growth potential</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Coach and retain talent via phone, virtually, and in-person</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Offer innovative and creative workforce solutions</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">What you need to bring:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Minimum 1+ years of business experience, ideally in B2B sales, customer service, or staffing</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Preferably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Experience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and google suite applications</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">This job posting is open for 4 weeks.</span></p>PandoLogic.
