What You Will Do- Source potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networks, focusing on German-speaking markets across EMEA.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, tailor proposals, and organize product demonstrations and training.
- Maintain client relationships, upsell products, and negotiate contracts balancing service quality, value, and profit.
- Contribute to sales strategy, develop business plans, and identify process improvements.
- Attend conferences, organize regional events, and relay client feedback to product teams.
- Track efforts using CRM, achieve KPIs and targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality or SaaS.
- Passionate about travel and the industry.
- Proactive hunter mentality, comfortable presenting via webinars and tutorials.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
