Call Center Supervisor/Manager (Minneapolis Area)

PRIMARY RESPONSIILITIES
*Manages call center operations, including supervising several direct reports and KPI accountability
*SalesForce CRM Proficiency with ability to train others
*Hands on Manager, this is a working role with strong systems troubleshooting skills and mindset
*Communicates well and exhibits a team leadership mindset across multiple teams
*Willingness to travel internationally for training for one week (Active passport is a plus)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Military leadership role

Permanent authorization to work in the US
