Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the showroom and guide them through the car buying process
Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle options
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Follow up with leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins
Present financing options and collaborate with the finance department
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and promotions
Achieve monthly sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Prior experience in car sales, retail, or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
