Job Summary:
Work on the Versa infrastructure hosted for the customer business environment. Change Management
Engineer must have good experience in handling Network (Routing / Switching) , Security (Firewall / IPS /
IDS), ISP Services and Cloud (VMware/KVM, AWS/Azure/GCP)
Change Management Engineer’s primary role is to plan, test and implement configuration/software
upgrade related changes for the customer infrastructure.
Educational Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech or higher degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Professional Qualification:
- Advanced Routing/switching skills /CCNP/CCIE skills or equivalent level of experience.
- Versa certification will be highly preferred (SD-WAN Associate / SD-WAN Specialist)
EXPERIENCE:
4-6 years of hands-on experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experience in planning, testing and implementing changes in a complex network environment.
• Troubleshooting complex network infrastructure issues.
• Replicate planned change scenarios in the lab environment.
• Work with the engineering team to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
• Work on problems of diverse scope across all solutions from Versa
• Incident/ticket/ Change Management lifecycle management
• Good understanding of the ITIL Change Management process.
• Ability to write bash/python scripts (optional)
• Experience in managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures.
• Good understanding of virtualization, SaaS, IaaS and related technologies.
• Understanding of common information architecture frameworks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
and projects with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others
constructively.
• Commitment to customer delight is a must.
• Quality-focused, result and goal-orientated person.
• Debugging hardware & software system-level problems in a multi-vendor multi-protocol network
environment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS, L3 VPN – expert level
• TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW
• Good understanding of IPSec VPN/SSL-VPN/NAT/GRE.
• Experience in handling perimeter security, endpoint security, web and email security is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment.

• Demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to
expand upon core knowledge.
