Change Management Specialist
- Lead change management initiatives to support continuous improvement (Kaizen) across operations.
- Collaborate with operators and engineers to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, track action plans, and monitor progress for measurable outcomes.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure employee engagement and cultural adoption.
- Report improvement metrics and escalate barriers to leadership for resolution.
